Refund Policy 
The products purchased at the Visual Dictionary Online Store are neither refundable nor returnable except if technical issues prevent the use of the product. If a customer experiences a technical issue using a downloadable version purchased at the QA International Visual Dictionary Online Store, he or she should first refer to the Customer Service section, which lists all the technical specifications, known incompatibilities and most common technical issues, and answers the most common questions. If the incompatibility is not indicated and the customer is unable to resolve the issue, the customer should contact the Technical Support service of QA International, who will be pleased to assist the customer with installation and help him or her resolve any other technical issues. QA International does not reimburse its customers for technical issues or technical incompatibilities indicated in the Visual Dictionary Online Store. If the product presents a different problem, of which the customer has not been advised on the QA International web site, on visualdictionaryonline.com or on the Visual Dictionary Online Store site, the customer must contact QA International Customer Service, who will determine whether a refund can be issued to the customer.
